The Duke University Golf Course is located on Duke West Campus in Durham, North Carolina, at the intersection of Cameron Boulevard and Science Drive.

From Raleigh/Southeast: coming west on Interstate 40, turn North on 147. Go eight miles to the junction with NC 15-501. Take the exit for south 15-501/Chapel Hill. Go two more miles to the Duke University/751 exit. Turn left off the exit ramp onto 751/Cameron Boulevard. Go one mile to the third light (Science Drive) and turn right into the Golf Course/Washington Duke Inn parking lot. Go around the Inn to the right for the bag drop-off.
From Chapel Hill/Southwest: Coming north/east on 15/501, exit at Duke University/751.
Turn right off the exit ramp onto 751/Cameron Boulevard. Go one mile to the second light (Science Drive) and turn right into the Golf Course/Washington Duke Inn parking lot. Go around the Inn to the right for the bag drop-off.
From Greensboro/Northwest: Take 85 North to the NC 147 exit. Continue on 147 for two miles then exit onto 15/501 south toward Chapel Hill. Go two more miles to the Duke University/751 exit. Turn left off the exit ramp onto 751/Cameron Boulevard. Go one mile to the third light (Science Drive) and turn right into the Golf Course/Washington Duke Inn parking lot. Go around the Inn to the right for the bag drop-off.
From Washington DC/Northeast : Take 85 South to the NC to 15/501 South Bypass (Exit 174A).
Follow 15/501 South approximately 1½ miles to exit 107, Duke University West Campus. At the bottom of the exit turn left onto Cameron Blvd. Continue on Cameron Blvd to the 3rd traffic light, which is Science Drive;
turn right at Science Drive into the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club. Go around the Inn to the right for the bag drop-off.
